Anyone having this issue with not being able to flash the main router? I was able to flash the satellite's as instructed first, and now no option to update main router. Any advice?

On the Manual Update page, the router update is "above the line". Browse to the location of the router firmware file and then upload it.
Satellites appear "below the line".

Re: unable to flash router in 960 mesh system
Download the v.31 RBR FW file to your PC, then use the manual tab and after the .zip file is unpacked, send the .chk file to the RBRs web page.

Re: unable to flash router in 960 mesh system
No idea why not both the satellite and the router firmware was made available for live update, or why the router part might have been revoked.
Find both here RBRE960 / RBSE960 Firmware Version 7.2.6.31 ...
Fellow @FURRYe38 nicely published the same in late March 2024 in this community section before.

Re: unable to flash router in 960 mesh system
Ya, seems odd, like the RBR serial number wasn't included in the AU system but the RBS serials were.
You'll be ok to manually update the RBR by downloading the RBR file and applying it using the manual tab there.

Re: unable to flash router in 960 mesh system
After the RBR is updated and all is back to ready, I recommend a power OFF of the RBR and RBS for 1 minute, then back ON with the RBR first, give 30 seconds then turn on the 1st RBS, give another 30 seconds then back on with the 2nd RBS. After 5-10 minutes, system should be settled in and working well for you.
If all is good, make a new backup configuration to file for safe keeping:
