5g network channel
Looked around for the model, and all I found was that the bottom of the main router says "Orbi Router RBR10". The Amazon page[1] from where I ordered it says it's a "Orbi RBK13 Whole Home Mesh WiFi System". The "Item Model Number" is listed as "RBK13-100NAS". Neither of those were options in the "Model" dropdown above.
In any case, I'm wondering about 5g channel management. I looked at the Orbi app on my phone, and it told me that the 157 channel it was currently on was "Poor" and recommended another one (I think 40). After following the instructions to change the channel on this page[2], I ended up with 2.4G being set to "Auto", and allowing me to change it to a channel between 1 and 11 (as expected). However, for 5G, I only see a grayed out dropdown with "157" in it (see attached screenshot). Going back to the app, it seems to have somehow switched to channel 1, which is tied with channel 40 for "BEST". Is the 5G network hardcoded to use "Auto" channel selection? The list of channels also seems to vary, sometimes displaying more channels than at other times.
Maybe I'm just showing some ignorance around how 5G WiFi works here, so please bear with me. Links to reading material are also accepted, if they'll answer my question.
Thanks in advance.

Re: 5g network channel
Page 75 of the User Manual for the RBR10 (router) unit says, "the WiFi 5GHz channel is fixed. You cannot change it."
