Can I reset this device?
Hi -- My Orbi RBK43 has lost its range. I tried to login as administrator, but the default password is not working any longer. I know I did not change that. Additionally, the security questions are not ones I would have chosen.
How can I start over again? What is the best way to erase what I have set up and install this as a new device?

Yes. Wire connect a PC to the router and factory reset the router using the back push pin button. Hold it in until the top led turns on AMBER then let go. Wait for the WHITE led to slowly pulsate, then log in to orbilogin.com using a web browser and walk thru the setup wizard. This time write down all important information for safe keeping later on.
