Can't access/reset Orbi router after crash

My new Orbi RBR50 router has "crashed" twice since initial installation about 8-10 days ago. I was able to reset the router after the first event, but after the second, I am unable to access or reset the router. It displays a solid white halo light after restart and reset. When the system is working, it's great, but I've had two catastrophic failures within a few days of initial setup and am starting to worry about reliability.
