Connect RBS40 to RBR 20

I originally purchased and configured an RBR20 router with one RBS20 satellite. I purchased an RBS40 satellite, but it will not sync with the RBR20 router. Any advice?

    Are both 20 and 40 devices updated to the latest FW for there model?

      The RBR20 is updated to latest firmware. I don't know about the RBS 40, as I cannot connect to it. I am going to connect devices directly via ethernet cable and see if I can set up

        I believe you can connect with ethernet cable to the RBS...

         

        Let us know. Possible that the FW on the RBS maybe initial shipping FW which is old FW and will probably not connect with a router loaded with newer version of FW...
