Re: Connected Devices displaying differently since update to V1.3.0.12

Before I updated to the new V1.3.0.12 firmware, under "Attached Devices", it would show which devices were connected to the router and which were connected to the satellite. Now, after the update to V1.3.0.12, it only shows the Satellite at the top, along with it's IP and MAC address (under "Connected Satellites). Then below (under "Connected Devices), it has a list of every device connected to the home network (14 total for me), IP/MAC addresses of each and if it's a wired/wireless connection. It no longer sorts the devices as being connected to the Router or to the Satellite. Before, this was really handy, expecially to diagnose connection issues with whatever device. Is this normal, a bug, or what? If this is a bug or intentional, can we get that re-implemented in a future update?
Thanks!

Something you can try until it's fixed upstream (advanced users only!):
- Go to the debug page and enable telnet
- Telnet into the router
- Execute the following:
nvram set enable_adv_attached=1 nvram commit
- Exit telnet
- Go to the debug page and disable telnet (please don't forget this step!)

Re: Connected Devices displaying differently since update to V1.3.0.12
Thank you. I like being able to see which unit my devices are connected to and used your fix. The fix also shows whether it is 2.4 or 5 which is also nice to know.

Re: Connected Devices displaying differently since update to V1.3.0.12
This is now happening again with firmware v1.3.0.26.
Can no longer see whether or not a device is attached to the router or satellite on the 'Attached Devices' page, and I do not see a 'Enable advanced view...' on the debug page.
This was super useful.

Re: Connected Devices displaying differently since update to V1.3.0.12
you can see whats attached to the sats by accessing there web pages from their ip addresses , however you cant tell if they are connected to 2.4 or 5 gig at this stage

Re: Connected Devices displaying differently since update to V1.3.0.12
Thank you for the telnet instructions, Rodney
That worked like a champ for me after a recent factory reset - your assistance is much appreciated!
