CyberTan Technology set-top box threat

I keep getting threat notifications from Orbi (it's really an RBR40, but that isn't on the model list) on my mobile app, but they do not show up as threat on my security screen.  When I started getting the threats they came from a Netgear WNR2000v5 router which powered a home security system.  At that time Orbi showed the threat and would allow me to block or unblock it.  Since the WNR2000v5 was removed from my system by Cox, their panel is now generating the threat notices, but without the option to block or unblock them.  According to Cox the "threats" should be unblocked.  My question is how do I do that since they are not showing up with that option.  I've attached the pertinent screenshots from my Android Orbi app.Screenshot_20211110-071529_Orbi.jpgScreenshot_20211110-215418_Orbi.jpg

Re: CyberTan Technology set-top box threat

Netgear has set up a community forum specifically for the Armor product. Most of the people who watch that forum are more likely to have experience with Armor and know how to work it better than those of us who follow this "general Orbi" forum. Might be more likely to find someone who has a solution if the question is posted there:

Thank you.
