Re: Device Manager does not display all connected devices
found the place for older FW! it's a little text at the end of list of items! I am able to install the fw successfully and all devices and satelite status and number of little things are all back to normal. I'll have to do more test to see if high latency issue continues. Thanks!

Re: Device Manager does not display all connected devices
What version of FW did you install?
Please try a factory reset and setup from scratch with the RBR and RBS.

Re: Device Manager does not display all connected devices
manually installaing 2.5.1.16 seems to resolve the device not showing up bug. For whatever reason both web console and app do not see this as new FW and believed 2.5.1.8 was still latest.

Re: Device Manager does not display all connected devices
Glad it's working. Thanks for letting us know. Some times NG doesn't push some FW updates so you have to check the manual download site.
Enjoy.
