Do I have to own a Disney circle to connect the parental controls to my orbi router?

Some routers from Netgear have it built in...( no external device needed ) ;

Yeah if you have one of those Orbi's it's built in, but you have to ge the app from Google Play or Apple App Store. And that will cost you $5 per month. But no extra hardware needed.
