Firmware 2.2.1.210 and connection problems Skybell

Thank you all for your imput/help. It took a lot of time and frustration but my Skybell is online now for almost 2 days.
I’m still having trouble probably I’m not tech savvy. I manually entered the listed numbers including the gateway/router address but it’s still failing...help please!! Called Netgear and was on the phone for over an hour and then got disconnected.
Thanks to Paul (Cool2562) who took the time to reach out and text/walk me through the fix using the SkyBell app! Really appreciate him going above and beyond!!!
