Hardwire Orbi Sattelite
Is it possible to hardware an orbi sattelite to a modem? I have seen a few conflcting threads discussing the issue on the forms. We have a large outdoor area and are trying to extend our network throughout the house and outdoors. The shed outdoors has a coaxial in it which could be used with a modem to hardware the sattelite to increase reliability / speeds. Essentially want the sattelite to act in another router manner but still remain one continuous network. Let me know and thank you

Re: Hardwire Orbi Sattelite
This is the only configurations that are supported for hardwire:
All satellites have to be wireless or wire connected to the main Orbi router.

Re: Hardwire Orbi Sattelite
If the coax (and AC power) runs to appropriate locations, and the coax is not carrying satellite TV, then you could use a pair of MoCA adapters to wire the shed satellite.
