Has anyone had an isolated failure of their Orbi's modem connection?

For the last 6 years, my home network has been an RBR50 with three satellites (2 wireless, 1 wired), but last week I suddenly lost all internet connectivity. The LAN appears completely unaffected, just no traffic to/from the cable modem, which itself is fine, and still provides an internet connection to other routers I've tested. Multiple factory resets, same result: working LAN, nonfunctional WAN.
