I've schedule the block for my router internet access but it still blocks devices all day? Help.

Hi, can someone please help me with blocking devices. I've entered a time range in my security/schedule to block devices during this time of the day but everytime I block it it blocks the device the whole day. It does not follow the times and day that I endered in the schedule. Help. Thanks.
