Is 2.1.3.4 in auto update.
I can confirm, we've begun pushing 2.1.3.4 available for auto-upgrade. Feel free to upgrade using mobile app / WebUI.
Orbi Product Management
However I check my Orbi it is not showing the update. Mine is still 2.1.2.18

Re: Is 2.1.3.4 in auto update.
Even after selecting for check update?
You can manually update as well. Please do a factory reset on both router and satellite(s) then set up from scratch if you upgrade the FW.
I recommend using IE11 or FF browsers for this. Be ethernet wired with the router and satellite when doing the update. Update the Satellite first, then router.

Re: Is 2.1.3.4 in auto update.
For some reason, NG does not have v2.1.3.4 listed in the RBK53 product.

Mine is not showing either (RBK53) and I have checked in the UI several times with different browsers.
Funny thing is it was showing several days ago and I just figured it would auto-update as per usual. However, they auto-update never did happen and now the UI shows no new firmware version. I'm still on v2.1.2.18, which is fine since I have zero issues with it.

Re: Is 2.1.3.4 in auto update.
They pulled the latest beta off the auto update list, which since it is a beta, I'm not sure why they put it on there in the first place. Thats also the reason it isn't available via the download page for the various models, its a beta.
I didn't have any real issues with 2.1.2.X, so I waited till 3 of my 4 devices had beta firmware available for them before I tried it out.
My RBS50Y is still on 2.1.2.20, but seems to be working fine with the rest of the things on the latest beta, 2.1.3.X

Yeah, my point was that it is just awfully strange that v2.1.3.4 appears on the download page for RBK50 but not for RBK53 nor RBR50. The only reasonable presumption is an oversight.

I think you are right. When they pulled 2.1.3.4 off auto update, they should have pulled it off the RBK50 product page as well.

Re: Is 2.1.3.4 in auto update.
You can find the links to the firmware here in this thread
https://community.netgear.com/t5/Orbi/Orbi-MR-2-1-Update-3-23-18/td-p/1533584
Right now the firmware is not on the auto update sever until the engineers agree it is completely ready to be pushed to all systems.

Does Netgear recommend a factory reset after a auto-update to the new FW?

If you are experiencing issues yes I suggest a factory reset.
