Logging In to Orbi Mini
We have an Orbi Mini RBS40 system connected to our Xfinity account for better coverage in our home. The problem is, if we have a device connected to the Orbi system, we receive an error message pictured here followed by another. What do I need to do to correct this???

Re: Logging In to Orbi Mini
UuYou need to check if you have double NAT.
Please open a Command Prompt on any computer attached to Orbi and type:
> tracert 8.8.8.8 (traceroute to Google’s DNS server)
If you see two private IP addresses listed in the first two hops then you have double NAT. If you see only one private address and the second hop shows a public address, then you’re all good. 🙂

Re: Logging In to Orbi Mini
What hardware do you have upstream of the Orbi router?
It might help if you told people what the modem is in front of this router. The model number could be useful. Is it, by any chance, also a router, with a set of LAN ports on the back?
