Losing internet connection.

I am losing internet connection . I have to reset modem and router 2 to 3 times a day. I have reset to factory settings has helped. I also fixed time  to central. Any ideas on how to fix.

  • Can you describe your problem a little better?

    What internet provider are you using and is your internet modem in Bridged mode? Or are you just using the Orbi as an AP?

     

    What devices are you noticing losing the internet on?

    Have you tried to do a speedtest directly off the Orbi QOS setup page when you lose the internet?

    Have you tried it wired?

    • I am using Comcast business class at my home. I have had my orbi system since Feb. 2017. I have not had any problems with it until two weeks ago. I am using my modem in bridge mode. When I am on any computer, iPad or iPhone I lose communication with everything on the network. I read a post that said to enable MuMimo and beamforming . I did that this morning and have not lost communication since doing so. I hope this has fixed the issue.
