Need access to 2.4G
I have an RBR40, I'm trying to access a thermometer wirelessly which requires 2.4G wi-fi. How can I set this up? I currently have 5G wi-fi. I only have one option when connecting to wi-fi, which is ORBI03.

Re: Need access to 2.4G
This is one of the most frequent questions. Orbi broadcasts the WiFi network name on BOTH 2.4G and 5G channels, and devices connect to whichever suits them best. If you open a "WiFi Analyzer" program on a laptop or Android phone, you will see that there are in fact two ORBI03 WiFi channels.
Many (many) devices connect just fine. Go ahead, open the smartphone app, and give it a try.
If it doesn't work, please provide the brand/model of thermometer and people will offer suggestions.
