Netgear Genie App Update?

I have just updated the Genie app and can no longer see any connected devices.

I only noticed the update as was doing some admin with device names via PC when the router totally crashed.

Restarted router, tried the app and no devices are showing.

I can see connected devices when logged in on PC.

Also the update for app is 27 Feb but reading through the notes I can no longer see any mention of Orbi as supported device.

Anybody any ideas?

THANKS

The new update also does not correct the remote access warning, so the Alexa skill is still unavailable.

Re: Netgear Genie App Update?

Have you guys tried to log into the router without the genie app to enable remote access?

Re: Netgear Genie App Update?

And,
as stated the Orbi has been removed from the list of supported devices in the latest Genie update.
