Has it ever connected?

 

What are you doing that won't work?

 

What is the modem that is feeding your Orbi?

 

What firmware version do you have on the device?

A number is more useful than "the latest". (It may not be by the time people read this.) There can also be newer versions, or "hot fixes", that do not show up if you check for new firmware in the browser interface.

What have you tried? If you are within the 90-day slot for free support, then get there through MyNetgear.

 

 

What FW is currently loaded?
What is the Mfr and model# of the ISP modem the NG router is connected too?
Is the Orbi system operating in Router or AP mode?
