ORBI not working as well as new. I get “no internet connection” on devices. Reboot not helping.

So we need more info than this. You put it says "no internet connection".
Is it connecting back to Orbi? Or not connecting to wifi at all?
Does it work if you're hardwired in?
Is it on all devices or only on one device?
Is it your modem? If you hardwire into your modem, does it work?
What modem are you using? Firmware on it?
Firmware on the orbi?
