Orbi AC1200 Dual-Band Mesh WiFi Router (RBR10) not connecting / setting up

I'm trying to connect it to a new network in a new house using Xfinity / coax for internet. It's not able to connect. The Orbi,k wifi network shows up and connects on my phone, but that's as far as I can make it. Thanks for any help.

    Assuming that the system was working correctly at the previous location and with the previous Internet Service Provider (ISP), this could require a new setup.

     

    How do you manage the WiFi system:

    • Using the Orbi 'app' with a smartphone or tablet?
    • Using the Orbi web browser interface from a computer or tablet?

    It would help to know exactly which Xfinity device is provided at the new location. (They have dozens of customer devices.)
