Orbi CBR40 shows online but nothing can connect to it.
All of my devices in Florida went offline at 9:46 PM on Aug 2, 2022. I am currently in Montana so can't troubleshoot from here very well. I had a friend go to my house in Florida. The router was showing red light. He unplugged router and it booted up until all 4 lights were steady. My xfinity app showed that it was online but I can still see nothing at my Florida residence. I had another guy to to my house and he rebooted my smartthings hub but it won't connect and its hardwired. He tried to connect to the wireless network but he was unable to connect with his phone. How is it that my router shows online but nothing can connect to it including devices that are wired direct to it including Lorex receiver and smartthings hub?

Was there a stop ring LED ON as well?

Had the SSID name or PW changed or was it still same one as before?
How long did the CBR get powered OFF for? 1 Minute is recommended.
Possible a factory reset and setup from scratch maybe needed.
If someone can access the CBRs web page with a wired PC, Please post a copy and paste the modems connection status and events log page here in the forums for review.

Thank you for your response. I have decided it's not feasible to fix this from 2500 miles away. I am going to have xfinity install one of their modem/routers.
