Orbi LBR20, Orbi app shows Internet connectivity, but same phone says no internet.

I can connect to the router using the Netgear app, and it shows connection to the Internet through the SIM card. Speed test in the Netgear app looks great. Same phone connects to the Wi-Fi from the orbi and it says no internet connection. Have rebooted the orbi, and restarted my Internet on the phone. No change. Any suggestion?

Ensure that the Orbi router is properly configured and connected to the internet. You can try accessing the Orbi router's web interface from a computer connected to the Orbi network to check its settings.
