Orbi RBK40-AC2200 Setup
I Need the 90 complimentary phone support number for set up . I have looked everywhere and can't seem to find.
I can't trouble shoot system if I diconnect my current router, to cennect the new one, as I have no connection in between set ups.

What is the Mfr and model# of the ISP modem your using?
What is the Mfr and model# of the main host router your using?

The only thing you would need to do is to power OFF the modem, connect the Orbi router to the modem, connect a wired PC to the Orbi router, power ON the modem and let it sync, then power ON the Orbi router. Let it come to ready, then you should be able to use a web browser pointed to 192.168.1.1 or Orbilogin.com and walk thru the set up wizard. Write down information you input for safe keeping later if needed. This should get you going with the router and modem. You can skip adding the satellites until after you get the router setup for internet.
