Orbi RBK50
I recently bought an RBK50 and to begin with had no issues. Recently we have found that when near the satellite the signal is good, however when out of range of the satellite and nearer to the base station, our devices will not connect. The wifi network is seen with a good signal, but the message 'obtaining IP address' is repeated over and over, without connecting. I have tried rebooting but this made no difference. Any advice would be appreciated!

What is the Mfr and model# of the ISP modem?
How far away is the Satellite from the router?
What channels are you using on the router?
Any other wifi neighbors near by? If so, how many?
Try disabling MIMO, Daisy chain and Fast Roaming on the router.
Use the Beta FW yet?
