Orbi RBR/RBS50 cannot register product

I am unable to register my product.
I get message "Something went wrong, Please contact Support" I have tried various devices as well as the initial setup prompt to register to no avail.

Can you assist?

You'll need to phone contact NG support and have them help you with this.
