Orbi RBR20 keeps dropping internet

Hi All,

 

Multiple times internet dropping through the day noticeable while in teams meetings and Facebook/youtube videos, the system drops internet connection both Wired/Wireless, no satellite connected, the system used for a small area.

 

Latest Firmware : V2.6.1.36

ISP NBN Modem: Alcatel-Lucent G-240G-P.

 

Could this to be related to Circle app?

    There a built in router at the modem? 

     

    Circle has been known to cause problems.

      No built in router in the modem.

      I will try to disable Circle and check if the issue resolved.

    Looks like that  Alcatel-Lucent G-240G-P is more than just a modem
