Additional test:
For this test the RBR50 has been set into router mode. No activation of Circle or Armor.
The temporary setup is Fiber (1000Mb/1000Mb)>Fritzbox 5490 (router mode, no WiFI)>RBK53 (ROUTER mode, daisy off, v2.3.5.30, wireless backhaul).
As before the tests are done at a "quiet moment" nothing turned off or disconnected except for the testing PC. So the results are an indication not an absolute number. And with double NAT (Fritzbox and Orbi are in different subnets).
Download/ upload speeds Fritzbox>RBR50 (Cable cat 5e)>PC (cable Cat5e) in Mbps:

870/740 via fast.com

Can you configure the Fritzbox for bridge mode or if not, use the DMZ on the Fritzbox?
Test is in a double NAT condition. Not ideal.
Glad your seeing closer to 900Mbps.
