Orbi RBR50 keeps disconnecting several times a week
Apologies ahead of time because we are in Sweden and I am unsure of the names of things in English but the Swedish site has very little activity.
We have a high-speed fiber?/cable connection that is new from Oct 2019. It comes in through the wall and connects to a switch (called a mediaomvandlare if anyone wants to see what it basically looks like). To the switch, we have connected an Xbox one, a VoIP "box" and an Orbi RBR50 with 1 satellite for all other computers and wifi connections.
Our problem is that ever since getting the Orbi about a year ago (long, annoying, ongoing problem!), we get intermittant disconnects, mostly daily, but every few days we will get a blissful reprieve. The internet goes down for all devices, wired and wifi. BUT the Xbox connection (which bypasses the Orbi) does NOT go down. So having narrowed that down, we can see that it seems the internet coming into the house is fine, and it is the Orbi that is causing the problem us to lose connectivity, and I have googled and googled and not found any resolution.
The problem is resolved by rebooting the Orbi. I did note that it never "resolves itself" by waiting. It went down in the evening and we left it alone to see if it would come back on its own but in the afternoon the next day, it was still down. So that meant the hue lights and everything else connected were unusable which is really, really annoying. But I digress.
The firmware is up to date (V2.5.2.4), and I have checked with our internet provider just to check things out and there are no issues there, so it is definitely the Orbi. WHAT can be causing this? It is so incredibly annoying, especially these past months we have been working from home. Thanks in advance for any and all help!
I saved a Network Diagnostics log from last time it happened. The basic message was:
The connection between your access point, router, or cable modem and the Internet is broken
The network gateway is accessible, but Windows couldn’t receive network traffic from the Internet.
I saved the details text but I have no idea if it would be helpful and it was very long, so I am not posting it now, but can upon request. Thanks again!

I am sorry that this is not in english but it is this one called a Zitius Inteno XG6846:

This is what I referred to (apparently incorrectly) as a "switch" and where the Orbi Router, Xbox, and Telephone boxes are plugged in to Lan 1, Lan 2, and Lan 3 respectively.- vajimMaster

recommend contact your ISP for the proper settings so it'll work with a seperate router (Orbi)
you may have already seen this: https://www.192-168-1-1-ip.co/manuals/10413.pdf
there is discussion on how to set the XG6846 to access/router mode
