Orbi RBR850 + 4 satellite, frequent internet disconnections

some months ago I purchased an RBR850 + 4 satellites.

when working they are very fast and I can listen high resolution music and watch full 4K HD movies.......when they work.....
The problem: very high number of interruptions of internet connection.

in three months I have reset and reconfigured  the sistem at least 20 times, but stil the problem persists.

tryed the router and the access point mode, changed the Wi-Fi channel, changed the IP address... no way: 10/15 usually and up to 25 interruptions per day

most of the times, the connection is back automatically, sometime I have to restart the RBR850.

any suggestion?

thinking at the money I have spent for the entire sistem... I am really upset.

Netgear has set up a community forum specifically for the Orbi AX product. Most of the people who watch that forum are more likely to have experience with Orbi AX and know how to work it better than those of us who follow this "general Orbi" forum.
