Orbi RBS50 not connecting

Hey guys,


Recently I have been having issues with my RBS50, It doesnt want to connect to my RBR50 no matter what I do. I even performed multiple factory resets on both devices and my RBS50 doesn't get detected by the RBR50 unless it is plugged in with ethernet. 


The RBS50 will become magnetta color after briefly displaying a blue light. I was wondering if this is hardware issue and calls for an RMA or it can be fixed at home?

What FW is currently loaded?
What is the Mfr and model# of the ISP modem the NG router is connected too?

Try doing a factory reset with the satellite while in the same room as the Router base. Reboot the router base before doing the reset on the satellite. The top led should slowly pulsate white which indicates it's ready and then press the synce button on the Router then press the sync button on the satellite.

If any of this fails, make contact with NG support and ask about an RMA.
