Orbi cbk40 issues
I cannot access orbilogin.com or connect to router on orbi app or 192.168.1.1
The modem and the connected satellites are working fine. Is there anything I can do besides a factory reset. Any help would be appreciated. My system is a cbk40 with 2 rbs20 satellites.

- I was able to fix it by completely turning everything from the modem (cbr40) and satellite(rbs20) off for 10 minutes and then restarting just the modem. I was able to enter the modem/router settings of the cbr40. All is well.

Glad you got it working. Be sure to save off a back up configuration to file for safe keeping. Saves time if a reset is needed.

What browser are you using? Try MS Edge, Firefox or Opera. If any of these can't access the web page at 192.168.1.1, then you'll need to factory reset and setup from scratch.
- I have tried 3 different browsers. Nothing has solved the issue. Is it a firmware problem? Is there an update I can do instead of doing a factory reset?
