Thanks but the ping issue described in this thread is the fact that Orbi satellites for some reason incessantly ping their default gateway. The issue has nothing to do with clients connected to the network, such as your Mac. Do your satellites exhibit that behavior?

Not that I can tell however I don't have a firewall appliance between the ISP modem and RBR/RBS so I can't be fore sure. 

Regardless, yours maybe already exhibiting this issue and would be worth trying to update to see, or make contact with NG support. If something this happening, theres not much we can do about it here in the forums and you would need to file a support ticket and see if NG can correct it if it's causing problems for you. My 50 series system has been working fine for me on v16. I may update to v32 something later this week.
