I also have read that if you use a special character like a $ or % in your password there is a bug that causes satellites to disappear..
Thanks for the help. I guess I'm concerned that this reset business is just sticking plaster over a problem that shouldn't be occurring.
Any further updates here? I changed my Orbi password, hoping that would help, but it hasn't. Please upgrade the status to "urgent" for your development team.
