Orbi wont connect to my internet nor ps4

My rbr20 wont connect to my internet and i test it on my ps4 and it pops up an error code CE-37813-2. It shows on my app that its online with one satellite. I use a att modem. I did update the firmware and it fixed the offline issue but still no internet connection somehow.

    Anything else you can check internet access with? You need to rule out problems with the PS4.

     

    The Orbi may be connected, but not the PS4. Hard to tell from the minimal information you provide.

    Did you restart everything in the right order?

     

    Be sure to reboot your network in this sequence:

     

    • Turn off and unplug the modem.
    • Turn off the modem router and computers.
    • Plug in the modem and turn it on. Wait 2 minutes.
    • Turn on the modem router and wait 2 minutes.
    • Turn on the computers.
