Ok so I am on the QOS page and there is nothing to say it's enabled or disabled. Ran the speed test on the page and it shows the resutls but no indication of QOS is turned on or off. We need a checkbox or somthing here for enableing and disabling.

Worked. The HTML has to be changed to HTM.

Re: QOS on Orbi is it enabled or disabled?
Yes I logged into it with 4 different browsers:
- EDGE
- IE11
- Firefox
- Chrome
Same page on all 4...not a browser issue.

Re: QOS on Orbi is it enabled or disabled?
when you run the speed test it asks you if you want to set the speed test as the qos on the latest fw , this is then used as auto qos

It never asks to question to use it just displays the results on the page...I assume it's using it but again there needs to a way to turn off and on.

Re: QOS on Orbi is it enabled or disabled?
i think at this stage you would have to factory reset
setting the max qos is a good thing anyway as it stops any one device from hoging the whole bandwidth

Reset to factory isn't a acceptable solution. It would be like asking me to replace my car engine after I did maintenance.

Re: QOS on Orbi is it enabled or disabled?
This is killing me! I believe that the lack of QoS options are holding my LAN speeds back dramatically, but I have no way to verify since I have zero options on the QoS page other than the speedtest. I believe that the factory reset is ridiculous as well. Does anyone have a solution to get the QoS page to show all options?

Re: QOS on Orbi is it enabled or disabled?
Have you tried this page, after logging in to the ortbi?
/QOS_main.htm
There are a whole bunch of QoS related directories in there this one looks liek it might help too.
/QOS_Dynamic.htm

Thanks for the links but until Netgear exposes them from the UI I would be hesitent to try.

Thanks for these useful QoS links! Now I can make sure QoS is disabled.

What are the default settings on these hidden pages supposed to be?

Re: QOS on Orbi is it enabled or disabled?
You have to use the syntax as follows:
/QOS_dynamic.htm
instead of /QOS_Dynamic.htm

Actually, a more accurate analogy would be to reset your ECM after doing maintenance, which is not a bad idea.
