RBK30 purple?

RBK30 purple?
Plug in satellite synced and everything seems to be working The router shows the satellite is connected, and back haul status is good. But the router is lit up purple, satellite has no light.lit. Anyone know why this is happening

Did the happen before or after you connnected the satellite?
What is the Mfr and model # of the ISP modem your using with the Orbi system?
What FW are you using?

What is the model# of the ISP modem your using?
What channels are you using? Try manual 1, 6 or 11 and any unsused channel on 5Ghz.
Any wireless neighbors near by? if so, how many?
Have you tested MIMO, Daisy Chain, Fast Roaming and IPv6 disbled?
What is the size of your home? SqFt?
What is the distances between the router and satellite?

I've seen this same problem with my router over the past several weeks. This morning it happened again (router purple) sats look fine,...BUT...then whole network drops. That was the last straw, back to Costco after I returned home this afternoon.
Then as I walked out the door, everyhting came back up. Now how does that work?
