RBR10 not connecting thru new modem

I just upgraded my modem from a motorola surfboard SB6121 to a motorola MB8600 modem.  Before swapping out the modem the Orbi worked great.  With the new modem, the Orbi doesn't connect to the internet.  I've connected to the modem via hardwire and the modem works fine.  So the problem is between the Orbi and the modem.  What am I doing wrong?

    Correction, I believe it is an Orbi RBR40 (base and two satelites)

      Some ISPs require that you contact them with changing modems.
