RBR20 and PlayStation 4

We have had our PlayStation 4 connected to this routed since we got the router in August. Today, it has stopped being able to connect. It shows it can establish the network, the IP address, but fails when it tries to make the internet connection. When I log into the Orbi app, I can see the PlayStation connected and it shows it's getting a good signal, but the PlayStation 4 says it has no internet connection. Recommendations from PlayStation is to restart the modem, then try the router if that doesn't work. Have done both of those and have had no change. I have also called our ISP and they did some things and say we are getting a great signal at the modem and they didn't see anything on their end. When I look at the connection details on the PlayStation, everything looks good including the IP address, default gateway, etc (by good, I mean matching the configuration on my laptop) until it gets to the NAT Type setting and then it is showing "Failed". Everything I keep finding says it is an issue with the router, but I don't know how to fix it. Any ideas? All other devices in the household are connecting fine.
