RBR20 not getting hardline speed from internet company

I'm paying for 1000 mps speed hardliners. Speed is 1000 out of wall. When plugged into orbi home base I can't get over 560mps. Wifi is only 160mps at best. Need help

    out of the wall, as in going through the modem?
