Re: RBR20
With that limited info, maybe?
What size is your home?
What is the interior of your home made of? certain materials block wifi better than others.
Have you tried moving the satellite around? Sometimes obstructions in walls (think hvac) can block wireless signals. Moving it further away, closer, or even laterally can sometimes help.
How far from the router is the satellite?
Are you using daisy chaining? (where it goes router----->satellite---->satellite)

Re: RBR20
What is the distance between the router and satellite(s)? 30 feet or more is recommended in between RBR and RBS to begin with depending upon building materials when wirelessly connected.
