RBR40 Have WIFI Connection But Cannot access Internet

&nbsp;
I go ORBI RBR40 as gift some time back. Tried connecting, had some issues so I scrapped. I tried setting up again today but no luck.
The ORBI starts fine, is connected to my modem. I can see ORBI (ORBI94) as wifi network on my Mac. But when I connect to&nbsp;ORBI94 wifi network, I have no access to internet. Cannot access&nbsp;&nbsp;http://orbilogin.com
&nbsp;
Because I have/see ORBI wifi network, it would seem connection between ORBI-&gt;my router/modem-&gt;internet is not being allowed. I have Arris cable modem/router. Any suggestions on what I need to look at, do to have ORBI access internet?

If you're going through the Arris modem/router combo device, it'll help to either&nbsp; have that in modem only mode or the Orbi in AP mode.&nbsp;
What firmware are you running on the orbi? if it hasn't been connected to the internet, it probably hasn't been updated in a while. I'd do the updates, reset the orbi, and then try doing your setup. Just make sure you figure out which device you want running as router.&nbsp;

How do I set Arris modem/router to operate in router only mode? I cannot connect to&nbsp;Orbi ito be able to set in AP mode.

What Firmware is currently loaded?What is the Mfr and model# of the ISP modem the NG router is connected too?
Modem Combo Units:This would be a double NAT condition which isn't recommended. https://kb.netgear.com/30186/What-is-Double-NATCouple of options,1. Configure the modem for transparent bridge mode. Then use the Orbi router in router mode. You'll need to contact the ISP for help and information in regards to the modem being bridged correctly.2. If you can't bridge the modem, disable ALL wifi radios on the modem, configure the modems DMZ or IP Pass-Through for the IP address the Orbi router gets from the modem. Then you can use the Orbi router in Router mode.3. Hello,
ISP supplied modem:
Arris Digital Gateway DG3450
The "Quick Setup" Guide for this device implies I can just plug into my modem, guess that is not really the case :-)
