RBR50 Allowed devices not connected -- how to move to "Allowed"?

OS is Windows 10.

  • Is this ethernet connected or wireless?

Did you log in to the RBRs web page and look under Advanced/Security/Access controls to see if it's blocked here?

Just says "allowed devices not connected" which is ~45.  only 2 devices remain connected.

The Orbi web interface, Advanced Tab, Security Menu Access Control contains three tables:

        • Every device is currently connected to the Orbi system (both wired and WiFi).  When Access Control is Enabled, this tables identifies which devices are Allowed and which are Blocked.  (Blocked meaning they cannot communicate.)
        • The second table is Allowed devices which are not connected.  Orbi maintains a record of every device which has been connected to that it will recognize when the device becomes connected again and know how to treat it.
Devices in this table are not connected to the network.
        • The third table is Blocked devices which are also not currently connected.

The only way to move a device from table 2 to table 1 is to connect it to the network.

Let us know if you have Access Controls or maybe Smart Parental Controls or Circle enabled.
