RBR50 Port Forwarding for Tablo TV DVR

I am having trouble setting up port forwarding from my ORBI66 router to Tablo TV Network connected DVR. Any help would be great.

What Firmware version is currently loaded?
What is the Mfr and model# of the Internet Service Providers modem/ONT the NG router is connected too?

Might try using the DMZ on the RBR for this one device.

Contact the Mfr of this device for help and support of there device as well.

The guide at this web page seems pretty comprehensive:

https://support.tablotv.com/hc/en-us/articles/115005962283

As @FURRYe38 pointed out, port forwarding only works if the Orbi is the only router.  i.e. the ISP device must be "only a modem".

A quick test is to compare the IP address on the Orbi internet (WAN) port with the results of a web check, such as

https://www.whatismyip.com/

If they are not the same, then there is a router between the Orbi and the Internet and port forwarding cannot work.

You can also try the first two steps in this FAQ to determine if you have another router in your setup: https://community.netgear.com/t5/Orbi-AX/Community-FAQ-My-Orbi-port-forwarding-doesn-t-work/td-p/198...
