RBR50
I recently switch from Virgin Media halt gigabyte connection to BT broadband full gigabyte.
The RBR50 would log on to BT but only run at half speed.
When piggy backed off the bt smart hub 2 in AP mode the speed tester on the RBR50 shows full gigabit download speed. I have 3 RBS50 satellites connected and about 28 devices attached.to the mesh network
I assume the WAN port on the RBR50 cannot cope with gigabit speed under PPOE but can operate at gigabit speeds running ethernet
Does this make sense?
BT support won't offer any help for any thing other than their own kit

The RBR is capable of seeing near or just over 900Mpbs on the WAN side. You'll not see over 1Gb though due to the limitation of the port speed capped at 1Gb.
