RBR50V2 blocks one of the satellites

Hi,

I have a RBR50v2 with 2 satellites RBS50v2.

I have acces control enabled for year now with no problems.

I upgraded the firmware of the router and satellites to the latest (2.7.5.4) a couple of months ago. Ever since that upgrade i am experiencing problems.
Randomly some devices who are being in the network for a while are being blocked. This is annoying but i can fix this by going into the WebUi and unblocked that device.

The problem i now have is that one of the satellites is blocked and that i can't unblock in the WebUi because is doesn't show up in the list of allowed/not allowed devices.

Every device connected to that satellite has no internet access.

Anyone knows how to fix this

Tnx

This satellite does not appear at the top of the Attached Devices web page?

Or, does it appear and is listed as "Disconnected"?

The strange thing is that it shows up on the connected devices page. But when i visit the satellite itself by the ip address is says that netgear armor has blocked that device.
I can visist and login on the other satellite.

What happens if you disable Armor on the Orbi app?

Did you power OFF the system for 1 minute then back ON after disabling Armor in Orbi app?

Re: RBR50V2 blocks one of the satellites

I just tried that last night and that seems to have done the trick. I have enabled access control again as well and this morning it is still ok.

I will keep you posted if it stays this way 😉

Tnx for the help so far

Re: RBR50V2 blocks one of the satellites

Glad you got it working. Please mark your thread as solved so others will know. Be sure to save off a back up configuration to file for safe keeping. Saves time if a reset is needed.
