RBR50v2 doesn't turn ON. Power LED doesn't light up.

My RBR50V2 was working fine until I plugged out the WAN cable. Reinserting the WAN kicked the power LED OFF. Turning off and on the router several times, resetting didn't revive the dead router. Tried 30-30-30 hard reset too, nothing helped. Laptop doesn't recognise ethernet port when connected. No wifi, no RING led glows.

What could have gone wrong? Are there any chances of revival?

  • If the power LED won't light, that could be a sign of a dead router.

First, though, check that the power router's adapter isn't the problem.

Checked the output voltage of adapter, it was somewhere around 12.3V. The same adaptor works fine with the satellite.

Where can we find PCB troubleshooting guide?

Confirms that the adapter isn't the problem.

Can't help on that front. It isn't the sort of thing that Netgear is likely to share.
