RBS50Y with RBK852 compatibility?

Is External stelite Orbi RBS50Y compatible with Orbi RBK852?

Inother words, is it possible to add such satelite to an Orbi Wifi 6 network?

We attempted to install an RBS50Y Outdoor satellite this morning, on an RBK853 system. We could not get the satellite to pair, even in Extender mode. Made several attempts, all failed. Not sure if the new firmware has something to do with it, but not matter what we tried, the satellite would not sync up.

If you load the Extender mode FW on to the RBSY first....

Thanks. I will wait an Orbi 850 satellite for outdoor as It is not urgent. For next spring.

Ok, theres been no information or rumors on a Outdoor AX RBS that we know of yet. You'll have to keep an eye on the product pages for any annoucements.
