RBr and rbs50 multiple issues
So a few weeks back it wanted an update of firmware, well that was terrible and so I looked around found a roll back version and so I did. My app has lost the button to pause and resume internet, don't like that.. but the iPad still has it so I wonder why the difference. So I am having issues with SmartThings and felt it was connectivity with orbi internet as it doesn't see our location consistently for home routine. So I have moved satellite no major difference,I have added a newer 1200 extender and an old 300 that I had, in both cases it shows on orbi, but they DO NOT show on devices as an available network why.our home is try level about 2k ft the orbi has never worked as good as I thought it should, but have mostly satisfied. But it really shows up issues with SmartThings, to the point I may look at something newer.... but I can't help but think orbi should be able to handle it all. Am I wrong

Re: RBr and rbs50 multiple issues
What Firmware version is currently loaded?
What is the Mfr and model# of the Internet Service Providers modem/ONT the NG router is connected too?
What is the distance between the router and satellite(s)? 30 feet or more is recommended in between RBR and RBS to begin with depending upon building materials when wirelessly connected.

What channels are you using? Auto? Try setting manual channel 1, 6 or 11 on 2.4Ghz and any unused channel on 5Ghz.
Any Wifi Neighbors near by? If so, how many?
Try enabling Beamforming and MIMO(MIMO may or may not be needed) and WMM. Under Advanced Tab/Advanced Settings/Wireless Settings
Try disabling the following and see:
Armor, Circle, Daisy Chain, Fast Roaming, IPv6 and Set 20/40Mhz Coexistence to 40Mhz only. Set Short preamble instead of Long preamble modes. Save settings and reboot the router and satellite(s).
