Removing satellites with no access to the app nor login details
Dear,
I would like to remove the ORBI staellites from my network. It was maintained by my ex-husband who claims that he made the transfer however, it was not done.
I don't have access to the app , so cannot access the satellites.
Is there a way to remove the satellites from the network?
Thank you,
Best Regards,
Sunita

You can go into it via the browser and disconnect them via the attached devices page.

Re: Removing satellites with no access to the app nor login details
The issue is that when I put the registered product , it tells me that it is registered on another account which is I think is my ex-husbands.
So I am unable to reach the products via the browser.
So these products must be assigned to my account i think. Who can help me with this? Thanks !

You don't have to register them to use them.
Are you going through the browser and not the app?
did you factory reset them for setup?
You could make sure he removes them from his account.

If you turn them off (remove power) then they are (literally) removed from the network.
Netgear registration is important during the one year product warranty, but not much value after the warranty expires. If the goal is to sell them to someone else to attach to their own system, then
- they will have no hardware warranty because the products are "used", and
- when they are added to any existing compatible system.
